Step 1: Gather 10 or so believable pictures of attractive girls, no obvious or tacky porn star like ones. That just screams of fake, and less people will follow you back.
Step 2: Get/Install Phoenix Twitter Desktop, it can be found here:

If you receive any errors from the program be sure you are running the newest .NET Framework, can be found here:

Step 3-Optional: Get/Install RoboForm, this is a handy program for auto-filling out forms, thus speeds up making Twitter accounts. The free version works perfectly, it can be found here:

Step 4-Optional Setup your RoboForm auto-fill settings by creating an identity. You'll need to set a random name in the Person tab, and a random email prefix you're going to use. For example use something like sdffgea@yahoo.com, and once you auto-fill the Twitter sign up form with RoboForm you'll just add a number to the email for example, sdffgea1@yahoo.com,sdffgea2@yahoo.com, sdffgea3@yahoo.com and so on. Keep in mind you do not need to provide real email addresses with Twitter as they do not send a confirmation email, you will just not be able to recover the account if you forget your password however.
Under the Authentication tab you'll want to set a Favorite User ID and Favorite Password, use the same method as the emails with adding a number after the prefix for the account names as well. You'll be able to create a Twitter account in about 5 seconds once you're used to it.
Step 5: Start making your first account and adding 1 of the female pictures you gathered in step 1. Repeat this until you have created 10 accounts. I'd suggest if you don't already do this to keep a record of the accounts you've made in a notebook or something of that sort that you keep near your desk/workspace. That way you won't be forgetting which account ranges you created, such as sdffgea1-10 in the example.
Step 6: To start the process of automating your tweets you're going to want to create a text file so open up Notepad and save your new file, name it something like Legit Tweets. Now within that text file you're going to want to create 20 or so interesting tweets, which will be used right after you create fresh Twitter accounts and add new users to make the people whom you follow believe you are interesting / real so they follow you back. Keep in mind Twitter has a 140 character limit with Tweets. Each Tweet should be on it's own line within the text file, that is how Phoenix Twitter Desktop will know which Tweet is which once. You'll get that setup in the following steps.
If you can't think of interesting tweets to put in that file I'd suggest posting random facts or linking to an article that is likely to be considered interesting to a wide group of people. Make sure to use a link shortening service in case you are linking to somewhere else so you can stay within the 140 character limit, I'd suggest using bit.ly for link shortening.
Step 7: Open up Phoenix Twitter Desktop. At the top you will see New Account Manager / New Friend Adder Window / New Tweet Scheduler Window, click on New Account Manager Window. Add in the Twitter accounts you made, and hit save.
Once you've done that go up to the top of Phoenix and click New Friend Adder Window. Under Login Details you'll see in the upper left a drop down list of the usernames you added earlier in this step, select the first name on the list. You will not need to fill in the password field, so skip that.
Now go down to the next section titled Friend Finding Methods. You'll want to click the ratio button (circle) next to the User field since you'll be adding another users followers rather than by keyword. Now to find out whose followers you will be adding you'll be using a service called TwitterHolic, here is the link:

Once you're looking at TwitterHolic scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page where you see Top 100 | Top 200, ect... You'll want to find users with less than 100k followers, I prefer the 75k-90k followers range. For this example click on Top 800, you will be taken to a new page. You'll see their name and (screen name), you'll want to copy and paste the name within the parenthesis into the User field within Phoenix Twitter Desktop.
Now back to looking at Phoenix Twitter Desktop in the next section you'll see Options. You'll want to change the Friends to Add to 1000.
Your Friend Adder window should look like this so far:
Now just press Go! and it will start to the adding process. Now one of the beauties in this program is that you may now go up to the top of Phoenix Twitter Desktop and click New Friend Adder Window and another Friend Adder window will open. Repeat this step with all the accounts you created being sure to pick a new person to follow from TwitterHolic with each of your Twitter accounts.
Step 8: Now for the all important step of how you are going to use this method to monetize your Twitter followers. You'll be signing up to a Get Paid To site (an incentive based survey / offer site).

The site of choice is CashCrate which is not a site that you can make much from unless you have a method of getting referrals, which of course you will with this method. You'll start off making 20% of what your referrals earn and than 10% of what their referrals earn too. Soon after, once you get your first 50 active referrals (which won't take long if you stick with this) you'll be making 25/10% off of your referrals and $1 every time one of your referrals does their first survey/offer. The $1 is where you'll begin to see a large increase in your earnings.
Step 9: Once your adding is done go back to the top of Phoenix and click on New Tweet Scheduler Window. Select one of your accounts from the drop down list. Now click Load File and select the text file you made in step 6. The Time Between Tweets field is in minutes, so since you're trying to seem legit to get people to follow you back set this to at least 10 and than press start. Phoenix will than start to tweet the messages you set up in step 6. Repeat for the rest of your accounts. Now you do not need to do anything else until your tweets have all gone out, which will be a few hours depending on what time between tweets you set.
Step 10: You'll now be setting up your tweets that you will be using to drive your followers to your CashCrate referral link. Open up a new Notepad and save this text file as something like Promo Tweets. Now you only need to create a few unique lines for this list.

I'd highly suggest not using those exact lines as most people are lazy and many who follow this method will be using those exact lines. Make them something that will make the person reading it a bit interested without tricking them with something completely unrelated.
To find out what to put in place of the REFLINKHERE part go into your CashCrate account and find your referral URL. You can find this on this page:

Now you'll want to mask your referral URL. I'd suggest using bit.ly for it's tracking or which ever other url shortening service you prefer. Now take that link and replace the REFLINKHERE part with your masked link. Now copy and paste those lines until you have 150-200 lines of them within the Promo Tweets text file, save and exit.
Step 11: After waiting a day or so after your initial adding you can than setup your Phoenix to post your Promo Tweets the same way you did with your Legit Tweets in step 9. This is the end of the basic process. However I will be covering a bit more that would be too hard to explain in steps.

Okay so now that you have the basics down you have a few options to decide on for yourself with what you want to do. Personally I'd reuse the accounts as much as you can when you're starting out. Some of them will get banned, that's just how Twitter works, when this happens just remove the accounts from your list in Phoenix and cross it out in your notebook if you used one in step 5.
Now here is where things get a bit tricky to try to explain without confusing many of you. To reuse the accounts you're going to need to manage the followers on each account a bit, which is rather easy. Say Day 1 you created the account, followed your 1k users, and used Phoenix to post your legit tweets. Then Day 2 you used Phoenix to post your Promo Tweets. Now to get the most usage out of your accounts, on Day 3 you'd be able to follow another 1k users. However Twitter has following/follower limits to avoid spam to where you cannot just keep following as many users as you want unless a certain ratio of them follow you back.
To get around this use:

Log in to each account, select Only Following under the Show: drop down menu up top, than scroll down to the bottom and hit Check All and than Bulk Unfollow. Than just repeat with each account that you're about to reuse to follow a fresh 1k people. This is allow you to follow another 1k without hitting the Twitter following/followers limit.
Alternatively you could just never reuse the accounts. Twitter does limit how many accounts you can create within a certain amount of time per IP. You'll be able to create 10 and than it will give you an error message for each new one you try to create. You're allowed to create 10 accounts every, 12 or so hours, I'm not certain on the exact amount of time but I know for sure that it's shorter than 10 accounts per 24 hours. So creating 10 accounts a day as listed in this method will not be a problem.

- Play around with things a bit, tweek some parts of the method to find out what works and converts best for you.
- Try out www.socialoomph.com for managing your Tweets / Followers. I couldn't do a method with them included since they banned me. So be careful with them.
- If you want to scale up the method you can easily if you can create more than 10 accounts per day by using different IPs or by paying a trusted account creation service here to make you accounts.
