Ok
I found this site the other day and after paying with it thought it provides a pretty neat solution for anyone who has a basic site but wants to add flash
1. Go here and download the flash script
2. Edit the settings in the "default.xml" to whatever you need (see the read me'
3. Edit the size in the flashgallery.php file to whatever you want
4. Create and resize the pictures you want to see and place them in the image folder
5. Create a new directory on your hosting account
6. Open flashgallery.html in notepad and rename to index.html and save as "all files"
7. Upload all files to the new directory on your host
Navigate to that folder in your browser = 'http://www.YourDomain/new folder"
8. Copy and paste this code in to notepad below and change the size to whatever you want but similar to the size of your flash:
<iframe src="http://XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX" frameborder="0" height="600" width="800" scrolling="no" vspace="0" hspace="0" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0"></iframe>
9. Copy and paste the url of your new folder and put it in the code above where the httpXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX is
10. Insert the iFramed code in to your webpage maker
