Download opera handlar(4.3,5.1)etc..
Then open it
In the custom primary server type
http://0.facebook.com.server4.operamini.com
then scroll down
In use proxy select
Http and in proxy server type 122.170.122.191
than initialize it
Both downloading & surfing possible...
Note:use "uninorwap" settings as ur default settings & balance must be above 10paisa
